Dear Sir/Mam,
I received a very bad and worst product against my order number ST**** placed on *th July.
It is showing neptune hub online but they have delivered me a very very bad product, thats a childrens LED watch toy, I am really disappointed because of this
I am willing to receivefull amount refund against this order, let me know the procedure to follow.
