Wakefit - Wrong Material Delivered

We Order * Bed from Wakefit by paying in advance. Wakefit Delivered half Wrong Product, i.e. the Bed can not be assembled since parts are wrong and not in sync with each other.
We have raised complaint to Wakefit lot of time, * days passed nothing happened, no response every time Wakefit commit that Next ** hrs it will be resolved but matter not resolved till date.
