I booked a hotel room through make my trip at Bagalkot Iroomz Hotel Mayura after confirming the location in app(while booking option is provided in app to check the location) ,after confirmation the location in app which is about * km from Bagalkot bus stand I paid the amount RS **** .They had given confirmation by SMS with location .I again clicked the location and confirmed it is around * km from Bagalkot so than I can catch an Auto. I reached the exact location by an auto at night * O clock */*/****.I haven't seen any Hotel there ,they I called the hotel person .He is telling that the hotel is ** km from there..Then I contacted make my trip .It took around one hour to convince him.He told me to contact customer care on */*/**** at * am. I contacted customer care .They are telling they need confirmation from hotel authorities to repay the amount. I haven't stayed in that hotel ,at the time itself I informed make my trip customer care that the location provided is wrong and I am not staying in the hotel .till time they haven't recredited my amount.pls make arrangements for re crediting the amount. vijith os mob ********** the confirmation message is pasted below. Pls verify the location provided and the actual location of hotel .It is ** km from the location which they have provided..
