I have booked a round trip to Ahmedabad, but unfortunately one side flight got cancelled. Happy easy go has not given full refund, instead deducted complete round trip convenience fee and complete coupon amount from it, refunded half of the amount of ticket.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
