Medplus india - Wrong Lenses by MedPlus Opticals

*. I placed an order of Progressive lenses (Lenses: Vx Physio*.*.*.** Crizal ePRO BCT) on the date **-March-**** with Medplus Opticians, SriRam Nagar, Kondapur, Botanical Gardens Road,Hyderabad-******. They took wrong PD measurements and gave wrong lenses which were useless.
The person who took the wrong PD measurements was Dipak. He made a blunder mistake while taking the PD measurements.

They asked to use it and check how it is. As part of the progressive lenses, they didnt give near distance at all, I could not see anything in near distance. I had to lift up chin completely up to see the near distance. I told them that I cannot see the near distance and showed them that I have to lift my chin up to see the near distance. But they told to use the lenes for a week. I very clearly told them that I cannot use those lenses but Dipak and Krishna insisted me to use that usesless lenses for a week and check. Because of the wrong lenses, as I had to lift up my chin to see through the lenses, I got neck pain. They are so careless that they suggested using completely wrong lenses. They played with the health of Eyes.

*. After a week, they took back my lenses and said that they will give me new lenses with correct measurements. They took * days and said that Essilor Company team tried to fix the frame but they didn't change the lenses. Medplus and Essilor teams are so inefficient that
they tried to fix the frame of a completely wrong lenses.
They took * days for fixing the frame but they didn't give any solution towards giving write lenses. Obviously fixing the frame didnt work as its completely wrong lenses. I couldn't work all these days. They wasted * days of time instead of giving new lenses. When the lenses are completely wrong, how - the fixing the frame solves the issue?

*. As fixing the frame didnt work, they took PD measurements etc again and they took * days to check the eye sight and take the PD measurements again. A person from Essilor company came to Medplus Opticals, SriRam Nagar, Kondapur and took the PD measurements and checked my eye sight. They took the measurements again on **th-March-**** and took ** days to correct and give a new lens. They gave new lenses on *rd-April-**** evening. I could not work all these days.


*. They gave the new Lenses(Lenses are again with Issues and with high power) on *rd April-**** evening. They asked to get used to the lenses and check if the lenses are good. I tried working with the lenses and found it has issues. Again the same issue, I had to lift my Chin up to see the near distance clearly. I used these lenses from *rd-April-**** evening and worked till *th-April-**** and my eyes got stressed because of wrong lenses and I got severe eye infection on *th-April-**** because of the wrong lenses.
If I wear those lenses, my eyes are getting stressed like anything and If I remove those lenses, I feel very relaxed. They gave such a horrible lenses which are impacting my Health and My eyes' health. They gave lenses with high power and wrong measurements.
They are experimenting with my eyes, my health. I am not here for their experiments.


*. Because of these wrong lenses, I got Eye infection and had to visit Eye Specialist(Shankar Nethralaya) and the doctor told me to give rest to the eyes and suggested medicines. I had to take leave from my office and rested for almost ** days (from *-April-**** till **th-April-****).
If I use these lenses, my eyes are stressed like anything. If I remove the lenses, I feel very relaxed. They gave such worst lenses.


*. I visited the Medplus Options again and informed them that lenses have issues. But, as usual, the concerned person Krishna, was not available every day from **-April-****. I visited them on **th April, Krishna was not there, I told them that I visit them on **th April, they said ok. I visited them on **th April, Dipak told that Krishna was on leave. I told them I that visit the store on **th. Vivek from Medplus head office called on **th and said that Krishna was on leave on **th April **** we well.


*. I called the Medplus store on **th April **** and asked if Krishna is in office. Krishna lifted the phone and told he is in office on **th April ****. I informed him that I will visit the Store in the evening on **th April ****. I went to the Medplus store on **th April in the evening but Krishna was not there and When I spoke to him over the phone, he started telling stories and didn't even tell me if he comes or not to check what the issue is. He doesn't even answer me properly over the phone. They are playing with my eyes and my health and my time.


*. I called Vivek(from Medlus head office) and informed that Krish is not at store and dont know if comes to store or not. Vivek said that Krishna will come in ** minutes or so. They tested my patience levels to the peaks in all these days. That Krishna is never in office, Whenever I visit the store, I have to wait for hours together for him.


*. Krishna never stays in office(I mean by Medplus Optical Store). I have to wait for hours together for him. I experienced this whenever
I visited Medplus Optical Store. I wait for him, he doesn't come, so I go back home and have to come back again after an hour, even then
he doesn't come to store. Dipak keeps calling him that customers are waiting but still Krishna makes customers keeps waiting for him.
He is so careless about customers. He wastes customer's time. He has no value for customer's time. He doesn't even answer me properly over the phone.


**. Krishna, and Dipak think that I dont have any work and roam around Medplus wasting my time. They are playing with my eyes, wasting my time , energy, emotions, my health.


**. Whenever there is an issue, Vivek from Medplus head office calls but he never works towards a resolution. What is the use of Vivek in the office. he is there to resolve issues but he never provides a solution except talking on behalf of Krishna and Dipak. Instead of Dipak and Krishna, Vivek talks but no resolution. I don't find any use of these *people.


**. Finally they didn't give the correct lenses. They are giving wrong lenses and insisting me to use them. My eyes are getting stressed like anything. It's impacting my health and my eyes. It's impacting my health and the health of my eyes, my mental and emotional and physical health. They are experimenting with my eyes.


**. As I could not use the wrong lenses, I had bought new lenses from a different vendor to continue my work. This costed me around INR****. These lenses are only for Laptop and reading purpose. I am using these lenses from **st April ****.


**. I paid INR **,***. I need justice for all these things that Dipak, Krishna and Vivek had done, for all the loass that happened to me
, my money, my time, my health and the trauma I have been facing becasue of Medplus Opticals.


**. Medplus Krishna called me on **th-April-**** to take PD measurements and check eye sight to make new lenses. I said that I cannot trust them again and he was shouting on me over the phone that these things happen.
They are experimenting on my eyes. I am not here for their experiments and I dont want to spoil me eyes and my health. Its impacting the health of eyes, my mental health, emotional health and physical health. I dont trust them.


**. I need my money back that I paid them, compensastion for
a. My health loss, my neck pain
b. The trauma that I have been facing because of Medplus,
c. My loss of work,
d. My expenses for my eye infection and the suffering I have been going through because of them and eye infection,
e. My second set of Reading and Laptop purpose lenses.
f. The expenses that I have to pay for the case.
