Gagan Dhamija filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 23, 2019
I ordered Asus Laptop model number Asus VivoBook S Series S***FA-EB***T during Diwali Big Billion days sale however they delivered Laptop model number Asus ROG Strix Gaming Laptop. I complained about it to them and initially they said that we cannot exchange but we will give refund I got agreed but they neither picked up the laptop from my home nor refunded my money. Soon they closed the ticket. I complained again and opened the return request that too they closed after a week or so. Next time same thing again happened. Overall They opened return request four times and cancelled it all the times with out any reason. Now more than * weeks are passed and the return period of ** days got over. I am extremely pissed off from flipkart chasing everyday and they always give excuses and take no action at all. They are doing cheating, fraud, misleading and harassment with the customer. Please help me get my money back and punish these sellers. Thanks.
