I had ordered an HP Envy laptop for approximately ***** plus warranty ****. Flipkart delivered a wrong laptop. There is an invoice stating it is supposed to be sent to someone in Pune and the laptop is a different model and which is of ** k.
I followed up for * continuous days with them then they told they will FIR against the seller and they wanted to drag me into it. I told this in the face of it was a fraud but it has to be between seller and Flipkart they can't drag me into it and I want a refund of my money and I don't want a replacement.
Now they have closed my request saying that I didn't allow them to file FIR.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
