I ordered a pack of * lycra pants from Fruzis Fashion and paid through Cash on Delivery. After opening the parcel, I found only * pants inside the box, and both were completely different from what was shown online. The quality is extremely poor — not even worth ₹** for both. This is very disappointing and feels misleading.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
