Booked the COD order for * lycra pants for Rs.***/- through Facebook advertisement link, no confirmation of order received from the company.
Received delivery tracking details from dropshipindia mentioning the order id: ******* is shipped.
This package was sent from Fruzis Fashion on **th May ****.
Today **st May **** delivered the package. Received only * pants and very poor quality, better products available in local market. Stitching quality poor.
Find no track of company link to check the order and return option.
Checked with dropshipindia but written "Need help with your package? Contact Fruzis Fashion directly"
No trace and link to connect the company directly.
I want to return the wrong quantity delivered and poor quality product.
Refund needed.
