I have ordered a set of * linen shirts as a combo offer for Rs. ***/- after seeing the ad in Youtube as released by M/s. Faze Fashion FNZ deals, on **th November ****. The order was confirmed and the package was delivered through Amazon delivery partner on *th December ****. It is a COD order so I made the payment through Gpay through the delivery partner and received the package. When I opened the package I was rudely shocked to see * nos of round neck tees which have a price label of Rs. ***/- per piece. I immediately sent a mail request to the seller for the return of package and refund of my money. I didn't get any response. I waited for a week and then searched for their contact number on their website but it was not shown. Again I sent them a reminder mail but there was no reply. Hence, I searched in Google for their customer care number and tried to contact them but that number was not in use. Later, I tried the same number in WhatsApp, I found it is active. I sent them all my purchase details with photos and one person contacted me and asked me to install their customer care app on my phone through video call and asked me to open the gpay app on my phone to check for their money refund. I replied to them that I didn't receive any refund but the person on the other end was repeatedly telling me that he had initiated the refund and at that moment I felt that they were scamming me. I disconnected my whatsapp to find that their customer care app which they asked me to install was a bug. So, I immediately tried to uninstall but couldn't. I suspected that their app is running in the background and trying to collect data from my phone. Hence, I backed up my data and immediately formatted my phone and restored back to factory settings. At the outset, I was able to remove their customer care app from my phone completely without traces. Thereafter, I could not reach them again till now. This had brought me a lot of mental agony and pain. Neither I could use the product which. is of substandard quality and value nor I couldn't return the same and get my refund. I realised that I was completely cheated by this company. I searched for options to lodge an online complaint at any consumer grievance redressal forum and as a result I came across this forum voxya which helps victimized consumers. Hence , I request Voxya to help me to lodge a complaint and pursue the case to get justice.
