I have order the product "COTTON LINEN SHIRT SLIM CASUAL BN*(PACK OF *) S size" for which the picture show collar cotton shirts with pockets - * nos. When I received my order today, I found that * nos of nylon slim shits without collar and pocket were received. On top of each shirt, there is marking that each one cost around Rs. **.**. These two shirts are so cheap and are different from the pictures on their website. I have kept the option for payment after receipt of the item. When I received the item, the delivery agent said that I can't open the package until I pay the amount. After opening the package immediately after payment, I found the cheap items that are not as per the pictures. The company cheated me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
