I ordered * bralletes from charlette secret india site and i recived a package on * th july having wrong items in it .
I mailed the courier agents as well as the to the email id of charlette secret as given on their site .
I have forwarded the mail multiple times but everytime it shows deleivery incomplete
While the courier guys the shiprocket couriers say , as on **.**.****, they only have responsibility of delivering the package and not the contents authenticity.
I would demand either the refund or the correct items be delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
