Peenar.com - Wrong items delivered

I ordered two Kurtis. Paid online an amount of Rs.****/-. But they delivered wrong very cheap items. Sent mail as couldn't talk to them on customer care number as it always switched off or keep ringing. After receiving my mail they asked me for bank details and advised me to go to the app click on my orders for return items. No provision is given. When I click on my orders only my ordered items displayed. Fed up with this.
