I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my recent order, Order #FZRT******, and to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have received.
I specifically ordered four linen shirts; however, I received two t-shirts instead. This is a significant error and completely unacceptable. For your reference, I have attached screenshots of both the original order confirmation and the incorrect items that were delivered.
