I have ordered a customised Jersey from Footballmonk and name was correctly given when the Jersey was ordered. But the name was printed wrong and i returned the item. Its been one month since i returned the product and there has been no updates regarding the despatch of the replacement. I have asked for refund and they said they cannot refund but they will replace the item.How can i receive my refund or replacement.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
