I have ordered * SKUs, * - A Portugal **** home kit jersey and * - Real Madrid Retro jersey and Shorts combo, but even after multiple followups and to and fro mails, I have received partial order of only * portugal jersey and the real madrid retro jersey / shorts combo is undelivered. The shipment has both SKUs printed but only * SkU was inside.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
