Fleur Fit - Wrong item received

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order from Fleur Fit. I placed an order for a Green Chiffon Floral Print Maxi Dress for Women (Order No. FLFT****) through your website. However, I received a package containing just two random pieces of cloth instead of the dress I ordered.
I have attempted to resolve this issue by emailing both of your provided email addresses: support@fleurfit.in and care.fleurfit@gmail.com. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. Additionally, your customer service number is non-functional, and calls to the number used for order confirmation are going unanswered.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expect immediate assistance in rectifying this situation. Please advise on the next steps to either receive the correct item or a full refund.
