I placed an order for a dress of worth Rs.***. The same day after placing the order, I got a call asking if I want to confirm the order. I agreed.
Now I received the package and there are * cut pieces. I tried calling on the number I received the call from. It is switched off now. I have suffered a loss.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
