Flipkart - Wrong item fake missing

i had ordered iphone *s plus. i rec'd a package on **th oct**. while i unboxed the package with pen knife it had contained a box wch named as iphone *s (looks like little old) with two side sealed by cello tape and a charging cable was out side of the *s box without charging adaptor ie the adaptor missing. immediately i had raised a return request.

since the item *s is not related to me and the item differed from what actually i ordered, i didn't open the *s box and i had raised a return request. after a call back i got from flipkart they requested to unbox the *s phone box to verify the imei of it, but i refused to open it bcz it's not related to me and if i have opened it, they will ask me as, "the product is not related to you, then why did you open it" . there is no imei number in the box/the imei sticker removed. i replied to the customer care executive that infront the delivery staff only i can open the box otherwise cant.

at the time of replacement i went to instakart office where the delivery staff & a supervisor asked me to open the *s box, infront of them i had opened the box and it contained only a yellow ceramic tile piece with accurate size cut of *s phone.

at the time of product delivery on **th oct, the package,seal and lable were in good state. after few days i found that the lable slightly lifted or peeled state and i think that the lable is peeled and resticked or it may be usual.

i have ordered many products at flipkart but this is first-time ever i got a bad experience. i have raised continuous request to flipkart more than **times. my replacement/ refund request not yet been solved. it's getting more than **days delay.
