Crazen demand - Wrong item delivered

I booked * lehengas with this company. Saw the ad on Facebook. It was cash on delivery. Since I am a working woman, I had given the cash to staff . So the staff took delivery and paid. When I checked the lehengas ,they are completely different from what I ordered. Material, colour, design everything. The number is not reachable and they are not answering any emails
