Crazen Demand - Wrong item delivered .now not answering calls and messages on return and refund

My mom purchased a soft silk saree worth rupees ****. but the product is not soft silk as mentioned in the portal.The material is a different one
Now I am trying to call them for return for last * days but they are not answering. Please help .

I have ordered three soft silks worth rs.**** to **** but received some worst cotton surat saree with different colors and materials. They are not responding for my mails , phones and return request in the site.
