Shopsy - Wrong item delivered

The item ordered was in colour 'Beige' whereas the item received in in colour 'bright yellow' which is not of any use for me.

On choosing return option, it always said

Your return request cannot be fulfilled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of return requests from you.
Click on 'Need help' section from your order details page to reach us.]

However, it is an absurd/wrong observation (looks like an excuse), unsupported by order-data in my account.

Everytime 'Chat with us' displayed
'something is not right, we are trying to fix .......'


Even, the flipkart online help did not help in creating the 'return'.

E-mail written to Flipkart customer care could earn only an acknowledgement with promise to help in ** hrs but nothing thereon.
