We ordered Hunny Bunny Diaper pants M size with order id OD******************. In this order we order total *** diaper with * packs. each pack contain ** diapers. However at the time of delivery OTP was give my wife before open the box and same in processed by him. Only one pack is delivered and another was not there. Same photo also updated by deliver boy on portal. Now they denied to provide any refund or exchange or deliver pending items. Customer care is also agreed on that there is reflecting only one pack at the time of delivery still unable to understand they are not resolving my issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
