The item delivered is entirely different from what I ordered and paid for. I am attaching clear photos of the items I received, the package label, and the invoice for your reference.

As this is a wrong product delivery, I request a full refund of ₹ ***.** to my original payment method. Please arrange for a reverse pickup of the wrong item immediately.
