This is regarding my Myntra order mentioned in subject and invoice is attached for same
I have placed a order from really reputed brand but to my surprise when I opened the courier packet recieved it was a old stained torn clothes
I was shocked to see this as it never happened with me in past .
I have raised several complaints ,calls to customer care but they are closing my ticket mentioning they send correct product.
But I recieved product which is even not used for cleaning purpose as well.
Cannot have worse experience than this.
It really tortured me ,had to spend *-* hours daily to follow up on case
Being frustrated customer ,thought to write on this email address with hope to get some help and investigate issue and sort it out for me
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
