I've purchased one Bluetooth earphone (Realme buds wireless *) from Flipkart but unfortunately I got Sony wired earphone. I went to customer support/care and they refused to provide refund and said this product doesn't come under the refund policy so I asked for replacement. They agreed and it was supposed to solve by * Aug ****. But at late I got message that your replacement is rejected and no reason mentioned. Again I went to customer care but I didn't get any resolution from their side. I've all the pics of the product received.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
