I ordered one Nufa black textured shoulder bag on *th July but received a different color. I immediately request for a return but the person who came to collect my return refused saying that I was on hold. I call the customer service but nothing really helped.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
