Vapemonk - Wrong item delivered Vape ordered Hookah charcoal received

I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order for a vape from Vapemonk.in, but instead of the vape, And Today ** February I received hookah charcoal in the parcel. This is a clear case of wrong product delivery and fraud. I tried contacting the seller for support/refund, but I did not receive a proper response. I request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action against the seller and help me get a full refund.
