Vapemonk - COD Scam Got charcoal instead of Vape

I ordered vape from Vapemonk on **th May **** on COD for INR ****. It was delivered on **th May. When I opened the box found charcoal instead of Vape. There is no option to file a claim or refund on vapemonk site. The site is fraud.
