Amazon .in - Wrong Item delivered pins instead of Smartphone

Ordered a Smartphone (Redmi note ** S) of value **,***/- from Amazon on **st of October ****. Received the box on **rd October ****. On opening the box, found box of pins instead of the smartphone. Bill invoice with it has a serial number & IMEI number of the device which I should have received. Requested Amazon to refund or replace with a smartphone, the say "cannot refund or replace it as there investigation record say item was delivered intact". Requesting to take action against Amazon.
