saif filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 4, 2023
i have on order id ************ dated **/**/**** through meesho. product name Milton Go Electric Kettle ****. But as i received the product on dated **/**/**** the item is totally different. I have received the sipper bottle instead of Electric Kettle. I have given the complaint on dated **/**/**** for return the product. after regularly followup with Meesho Support Team but no one can resolved the issue every time pickup agent cancelled the pickup and already told to meesho support team. but he has not take any action. Its already one month completed. Kindly help us to resolved the issue.
