Ordered Nike shoes from Myntra, but received a used slipper in the Nike box, reported instantly to Myntra support with the photo evidence. They are denying return though they are convinced about it, citing company policy that once received it becomes customer's responsibility . There is no accountability from Myntra and even after registering * complaints they refuse to take the wrong item send. It is a clear case of their own people replacing the items and sending junk to customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
