Dear sir I Md ZINARUL HOQUE BISWAS, ordered a book on The Sociology of Religion . Hardcover. D'Souza Leela. *************. English Rawat Publication through online Flipkart. But your seller give me a wrong item book name Essential words for the GRE *th Edition.The book the sociology of religion was ordered in Flipkart on **-**-****. it was delivered at my address on **-**-****. when I open the parcel, seen the different wrong item (book name Essential words for the GRE *th edition which i do not need and it caries cost of Rs ***/- around) delivered to me. I requested in Flipkart to replace the items on three different times after one cancellation but they concealed my request again and again without any notification. I called in Flipkart Custmer service and they promised me to replace the book but they do not replace the book till now. again I saw they cancel my request. Thus, Flipkart and R K Book seller cheating with me. sir I need it's immediate replacement.
