Rajsimran.com - Wrong item delivered and no response for refund

I have ordered gown but they delivered a saree.I did many online shopping but this is my first and very bad experience. I tried contacting them thru messenger (Facebook). I came to know about rajsimran from Facebook. I filled the refund form but there is no response (sms)from rajsimran. Com
Plz help me in getting my money back.
