I have ordered a suit dated **.**.** from Rajsimran.com having order ID *****.
The package was delivered to me on **th February ****.
When I opened the package I found a old torned cloth in place of a suit.
I immediately lodged complaint at support@rajsimran.com.
Also went to the site to return the package. The site asked me to submit return and refund request form.
I submitted it same day.
Next day I recieved a mail to lodge complaint through companies whatsapp no. **********.
I again lodged the complaint through whatsapp. I recieved msg on whatsapp to share the pics of the package. I shared it. After that they asked me to again fill the return form and assured that they will arrange a reverse pickup within * working days.
After *-* days I again whatsapp them to know the status of my complaint and surprisingly I found myself blocked.
I dont know where to complaint against this fake site.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
