I purchased a kurta set of ****/- and received a worn out used wrong product, after complaining, they sent another wrong product which is kurta worth ***/-. Now they’re claim is that they have sent the right product and wont be able to refund my money. Its been almost *.* months, I have been constantly calling them requesting for a refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
