Meesho - Wrong Item delivered and delayed in return and refund process

I was order formal shoes worth rs *** product already reached late than its scheduled time, instead of delay completely different product delivered one shoe different to another also in used condition so much soil in that shoe i immediately file return once i open the box but delivery agent refused to return due to different.but i conveyed him that the same product i received which i placed for return i have also real time images of the product. more than ** days are completed to email to company regarding above concern but no any reply received from company side yet.
