Ordered a silicone case for iPhone ** Pro Max but received a wrong item. Tried to get in touch with the company but no proper reply. It looks like the have crated a fake website from another company calle brandedcovers.in. Have been sending emails asking for a refund but they don’t reply to it. But when I ask for a replacement the say it will be provided. The item was shipped via eKart and when contacted them they gave me the number of an authorised person of the company to get in touch if there is any issue. But when I spoke to that person he said someone has posted his number wrongly on the website and he has nothing to do with brandedcover.in and he works in Bata. I tried calling the number provided in the shipping label but is unanswered.
