The seller was communicated about the problem in IPHONE ** pro max cover. The voice breaks from the user phone. The problem was informed in *-* days, complying to their * days return policy. Later he stops responding to the calls, text messages over Whatsapp.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
