On **rd of July, I ordered a shirt from Flipkart via order id - OD******************. The price tag on the shirt clearly indicated that it was labeled as size L, as I intended. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the shirt inside was marked as size S. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and a breach of trust on Flipkart's part.
Since discovering this discrepancy, I have been attempting to return the item and receive a refund, as any dissatisfied customer would expect. However, to my dismay, Flipkart has been continuously denying my return request, and the item has not been picked up from my location. my money has been debited for the past ** days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
