I ordered ANUBHUTEE maroon embroidered kurta and palazo from supplier MENSA BRAND TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.
I Received wrong item a light blue Men's shirt on **th May ( Rishikesh, Uttarakhand)
instead of above mentioned item.
I initiated return on the same day and delivery agent refused to pick up the order. I called customer care and they gave me lame excuses and ask me to wait for pick up the order again.
I initiated again and pickup was rejected again.
They are just fooling me. I have read a lot of people complaining the same issue about Meesho and they don't refund the money.. I am really disappointed with this. I never expected this from meesho. If meesho is going to pick up the order and refund my money then it will be good otherwise I'm going to file a complaint against meesho.
