Ajio com Reliance Retail Ltd - Wrong item delivered

It's first time I had ordered from Ajio on **th nov ****, blackberry Suit and it was delivered on **th nov but I received wrong item (colorplus product of amount rs ****). I have called multiple times and everytime they raise a complaint id and close it or say wait for *-* days ,we are working on it. Later , I also tweeted but there I saw its happening with many customers. This is happening in India from few years, they make delay in refunding people money , make them wait for *-* months. I was not expecting this from big company and this has not been highlighted yet on social media. I don't want other people to go through this, asking your money and paying interest also on credit card. I hope voxya raise this issue on social media as many people are affected by Ajio, just check their twitter account bot reply.
