Nattashi.in - Wrong item delievered

I ordered lahnga from nattashi.in at the cost of *** with cod. Today on * sep ** i received my order and pay *** cash. When i open package i saw there is a cheap saree and that is also used. When i call customer care of nattashi.in it was a fraud no. And they ask me to tell my debit card data including my otp but i didn't. I submit form of return and refund at nattashi.in but they don't reply. Now i want my refund.
