Nattashi.in - Return and refund

I have alreadly filled up the return and refund form on **nd August.till date no response from the company.When i called customer care which is in the website.they are asking about my debit card no.Every one knows from money transfer only A/c no and IFSC code is sufficient.this company cheating everyone....plz take an action against them.
