Tikona Broadband - Wrong Information given

Rajesh Kabra filed complaint against Tikona Broadband on Mar 27, 2019

Tikona Salesperson Mr Brajesh Sain told me that all the * smart Tv of your house will run on the speed of **mbps plan, but all Tv is not being run, whereas another company's engineer claimed that the smart TV will not work. Salesperson Mr Brajesh gave us the wrong information.
If the smart TV does not run from the net of Tikona, then why was this product sold by misinformation. I request you that company either play my TV or return my money.
