Hello Team,
I have booked the package for Manali from **th an to **th Jan with Make my Trip and company charged with extra amount for Atul Tunnel and Sissu tour. And they have given me with sedan car. I asked them before paying that car is good to go the Atal tunnel or sissu, they are very much sure that you can travel through Sedan and you do not need to pay anything extra. When I went there they completely told me that you car is not good to go to Atal Tunnel or Sissu you need to pay extra ***** rs for the other car. Even the car driver is asking for extra money for the places which are in itinerary. And they also lied with insurance policy, hotels and many other things. many things are fake in this trip. My booking ID with make my trip is NL*************. Even i called customer care at the trip of trip and they also knew that they are wrong but they also not helped me out. Kindly assist me with this.
