Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Wrong food item delivered by Swiggy

I received an incorrect order, and upon realizing the error, I promptly contacted your customer support team. The representative I spoke to acknowledge the mistake and issued a coupon as compensation. However, I must emphasize that I explicitly communicated my preference for a refund instead of a coupon due to the inconvenience caused.

To my disappointment, the resolution provided was not aligned with my preference, and a coupon was issued instead of a refund. I would like to reiterate that I have no use for the coupon, and I am requesting a refund of the amount spent on the incorrect order.
I have been following up for the same from last three months over the mail and also tweeted the same on platform X but still I have not received the refund.
