Paanchali - Wrong dirty and old product delivered

Hi,
I have ordered a saree from the website called paanchali which has a collection of beautiful and branded sarees but when they delivered my product I came with a shock to see the product .It was totally different saree with different colour and looks very dirty,old and used one.
I want to return the product and get refund but there is no any other contact lines to reach them..they have provided the WhatsApp number in the package for any complaints but the number is take I does not even work.I really want this to get solved and I want refund .It is not even worth to pay rs ** for the product that these people have send me.
I really need help in this matter and request you to solve this .
