I Ordered a dress through Paanchali. And what I received was a saree that too a used and old one having lots of holes overall, dirty , stained and had a very bad smell. I raised a return and refund request but still didn't receive any update on this. Tried contacting them still no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
