ROYAL OAK FURNITURE - Wrong design cot delivery by royal oak

The cot design which we saw in royal oak, electronic City store was different and the one which is delivered is different. When we asked about that royal oak is denying the fault and not providing any return and replacement. They are bluntly saying they won't have any refund policy. They have done customer negligence for the past ** days and didn't respond properly. I would like to file a complaint on them legally for such an irresponsible behaviour. The cot which we saw has a design on left side and the wood texture is light coloured. The cot which got delivered has a design on right side and wood texture is completely dark which spoiled the complete look when installed in our home.
